By providing your phone number and subscribing to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive promotional and transactional messages from Integrity Health and Education via text message. Frequency of Messages
The frequency of SMS messages you receive will vary based on the service or promotion you're opting into. We may send up to 5 messages per month. Message frequency may change based on service updates, promotions, or user requests.
Opt-Out/Unsubscribe
You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting "STOP" to the number you received messages from. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Integrity Health and Education, but you may still receive important transactional messages related to your account or service.
